How It Works

Like with the Basic and Plus Versions of the assessment, you won’t have to share the details of your (unrequited) love life through video calls or sit through any awkward conversations. Instead, the entire process will be done through deep, written reflection.

Step 1: The Romantic Narrative Questionnaire

You’ll start by filling out the Romantic Narrative Questionnaire. This is a series of questions that will guide you to describe your current crush (if you have one), your past crush/relationship patterns, your childhood experiences with feeling seen, and how your romantic views affect the way you approach your life. You’ll fill this out before submitting your payment. As soon as you click the “ADD TO CART” button, the questionnaire will appear.

Step 2: The Romantic Narrative Assessment

Once you submit your questionnaire (and payment), within five business days I’ll provide you with a document that includes a written analysis of your romantic patterns and crush projections, along with steps you can take to start moving forward. I’ll email it to you as an attachment. (For example, if you submit your questionnaire and payment on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, I’ll send you the document no later than the following Friday.) This document will be in the form of a beautifully designed 10-15 page PDF written just for you. Inside, you’ll find the following:

• An Analysis of Your Patterns: This will help you better understand why you keep crushing on the same kinds of people so you’re more aware of the changes you need to make if you would like to enjoy reciprocal love.

• The Projection Breakdown: This will help you realize where you’ve fallen in love with the fantasy of your crush rather than the objective reality of them, which can in turn help you start taking actions in the real world that could lead to real-life, reciprocal relationships.

• The Steps to Reclaim Your Power: This section takes the analysis done in the previous two and translates it into cognitive shifts you can make and steps you can take to start reclaiming your inner power and moving toward a more fulfilling future.
