Membership Terms

Effective Date: April 16, 2025

Welcome to the Membership Terms! By joining the What Happens After You Confess membership, you’re agreeing to these terms and the Questions and Tisane Privacy Policy and Comment Policy.

Access

You must be 16 or older to access the What Happens After You Confess membership. If you’re younger than 18 years old, you’ll need a parent or guardian’s permission to join and your parent or guardian will need to agree to these terms on your behalf.

Please choose a strong password and keep it secure. All the content provided is for entertainment or informational purposes only. Please do not use, copy, or distribute the content without permission.

You can access What Happens After You Confess by visiting this page and clicking “JOIN” and then “Sign in” at the bottom of the window or by using a link in one of the emails you receive after joining. You can also access your account settings by using those links.

Payment

You must pay a one-time membership fee to access What Happens After You Confess. When you pay the fee, you’ll be making a payment to Questions and Tisane, LLC. Your payment will be securely processed by Stripe or PayPal.

Note: Stripe and PayPal are third-party payment processors. I’m not responsible for their policies or privacy practices. I encourage you to read Stripe’s Privacy Policy and PayPal’s User Agreement and Privacy Policy before submitting a payment.

Canceling Your Membership

You can cancel your membership at any time for any reason. If you do, you’ll receive a refund in accordance with the “Refund Policy” below. You’ll also lose access to all What Happens After You Confess content.

You can cancel your membership by logging into your customer account or by emailing ashleyc@questionsandtisane.com.

Refund Policy

I offer a 10-day money-back guarantee. If you’re at all unsatisfied with your experience, simply email ashleyc@questionsandtisane.com within 10 days of paying the membership fee, and I’ll refund your payment to you. (Day 1 begins the day I receive payment from you.)

After receiving your refund, you’ll lose access to all What Happens After You Confess content and will have to pay the fee again to be able to access it.

Deleting Your Account

If you wish to delete your customer account or profile, you can do so by sending an email to ashleyc@questionsandtisane.com. You’ll receive a refund in accordance with the “Refund Policy” and lose access to all membership content.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to me. Any information you submit when you join the What Happens After You Confess membership will be handled according to the Privacy Policy.

Comments

Comments are welcome in the What Happens After You Confess membership. If you choose to leave a comment, please make sure to follow the guidelines in the Comment Policy. Any disrespectful, irrelevant, or inappropriate comments will be removed. If you continue to leave these kinds of comments, your membership access will be revoked with no refund to you.

Updates

I may add, update, or remove content in the What Happens After You Confess membership from time to time. If I add or update content, I may or may not give you prior notice. If I remove content, I will let you know beforehand.

I may also update this policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted here and indicated by the “Effective Date” above. Please check back often to see if any updates have been made. I will notify you of any material changes with a notice at the top of this policy and through email, but I get to decide which changes qualify as “material.”

By continuing to access What Happens After You Confess after this policy has been updated, you’re agreeing to the new terms. If you no longer agree to the terms, you must stop accessing the content and being a member of What Happens After You Confess.
