Elite Email Exchange Policy
Effective Date: August 12, 2025
Welcome to the Questions and Tisane Elite Email Exchange Policy! I’m Ashley Cantave, and I’m excited to become your email exchange partner!
In order to best serve you, I want to make sure we’re on the same page about a few things. This policy is an agreement between you (the “client”) and me so we’re both aware of our rights and responsibilities throughout the email exchange process.
Note: I use the terms “letter” and “email” interchangeably.
How It Works
My Elite Email Exchange services are for people 18 years old and older. If you’re younger than 18 years of age, I can’t take you on as a client.
If you are 18 or older and interested in my email exchange services, start by filling out the form here. After receiving your application, I’ll reply to let you know whether I think we’re a good fit for each other. If I think we are, I’ll ask you to send me an email titled “[YOUR FIRST NAME]: Elite Email Exchange.” I’ll respond to it free of charge. This is to give you a sense of the kind of letters you can expect to receive in the future.
Then, if you like what you get and want to move forward with a paid service, I’ll ask you (in a separate email) which service you would like to sign up for and then send you an invoice through PayPal for the cost. After I receive your payment, our email exchange journey will officially begin! And please keep all email exchange letters in the string “[YOUR FIRST NAME]: Elite Email Exchange.”
Note: You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay the invoice.
Elite Email Exchange Services
My Elite Email Exchange services are paid for in advance for a set time period. Here are the possible time periods for which you can pay for services:
One (1) month
Ends the day before the same date on the following month. For example, if you pay for services on May 2nd, the last day of the period will be June 1st. If you pay on a date for which the next month doesn’t have the corresponding date, the period will end on the last day of the month. For example, if you pay for services on March 31st, the period will end on April 30th.
Six (6) months
Ends the day before the same date six months later. For example, if you pay for services on June 2nd, the last day of the period will be December 1st. If you pay on a date for which the sixth month doesn’t have the corresponding date, the period will end on the last day of the month six months later. For example, if you pay for services on March 31st, the period will end on September 30th.
One (1) year
Ends the day before the same date the following year. For example, if you pay for services on September 5th, the last day of the period will be September 4th of the next year. If you pay for services on February 29th in a leap year, the service will end on the last day of the following February.
Whenever you send me an email during the period for which you’ve paid, I’ll respond to it within two days (48 hours). You can send me as many letters as you like during this period. But please wait for me to respond before sending another email exchange letter.
If you happen to send me an email on the last day of your paid service, I can’t promise I’ll be able to respond to that email, though I will try. But I may be able to respond if you send me an email no later than the day before your paid service ends. In my last letter to you during this period, I’ll let you know it will be my last letter unless you would like to pay for a new service.
If you would like to continue corresponding, you can either mention that in one of your email exchange letters or send me a separate email letting me know which service you would like to pay for.

Because these are meant to be friendly emails, there are certain topics and behaviors that are off-limits. If you bring up any of these topics or engage in these behaviors, I will kindly point that out to you in my next email to you. Payment Policy
When you agree to pay for email exchange services, I’ll send you an invoice through PayPal for the cost. Your period for writing letters begins the day I receive payment from you. While I will be the one writing you letters, all payments will be made to my company Questions and Tisane, LLC. Once the cost is paid, you’re free to respond to the email exchange letter I sent you. I’ll respond to it within two days (48 hours).
Please note that when you submit a payment, you’re agreeing to this Elite Email Exchange Policy and the Privacy Policy. Please read them before submitting a payment.
Note: PayPal is a third-party payment processor. I’m not responsible for PayPal’s policies or privacy practices. I encourage you to read PayPal’s User Agreement and Privacy Policy before submitting a payment.
Cancellation
You can cancel your service at any time for any reason. If you do cancel, you’ll receive a refund in accordance with the “Refund Policy” below.
And if in the course of our correspondence I feel I can’t continue responding to your emails, I’ll let you know and give you a full refund. But if the reason I can’t continue is because you’ve violated this policy, you’ll receive a refund in accordance with the “Refund Policy.”
Refund Policy
Here are the refund policies for the services I offer:
10-day money-back guarantee for one (1) month of email-exchanging
30-day money-back guarantee for six (6) months of email-exchanging
60-day money-back guarantee for one (1) year of email-exchanging
If you’re not completely satisfied with your experience before the period for a refund has elapsed, just send me an email at ashleyc@questionsandtisane.com and I’ll send you a full refund. Day 1 of the period begins the day I receive payment from you. No refunds will be given after that period has elapsed.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important to me. Any information you share with me will be handled according to the Questions and Tisane Privacy Policy. Additionally, I will never disclose the details of our emails with anyone unless I have your permission or am legally obligated to do so.
To further protect your privacy, I will delete our emails from my account sixty (60) days after our last email is exchanged. If you sign up for a new service, I’ll wait to delete our emails until 60 days after our last email in the new period has been exchanged. If for any reason you don’t have a copy of our emails and would like one, please let me know before that 60-day period has elapsed.
Updates
From time to time, I may update this policy. The most current version will always be posted here and indicated by the “Effective Date” above. Please check back frequently to see if any changes have been made. I’ll notify you of any material changes with a notice at the top of this policy and through email, but I get to decide what changes qualify as “material.” If you continue to use the Elite Email Exchange services after the “Effective Date,” you’re agreeing to the new policy.
Disclaimer
In the course of our correspondence, you may feel inclined to share information about issues you may be dealing with. I don’t mind talking about personal matters, but just know that exchanging emails is not a substitute for coaching or professional counseling or therapy.
Throughout our email exchange, if I ever feel that coaching, counseling, or therapy would be appropriate for you, I’ll let you know. But I’ll also let you decide whether you want to continue exchanging emails or cancel your service. If you choose to cancel, I’ll send you a refund in accordance with the “Refund Policy” above.
My Goal
The idea behind exchanging emails is to get to know other people on a deeper level and on a more flexible schedule. With emails, you’re free to sit and read the ones you receive whenever you like and respond to them at your convenience. My goal is for this to be an enjoyable experience for both of us. And I will do my best to make it one.
